1. Acceptance
By using The Refuge DayZ servers, website, or merch store, you agree to these terms and our server rules.
2. Store Purchases
All store items are cosmetic only. Purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. Items are tied to your Steam account and cannot be transferred.
3. Account Termination
We reserve the right to ban accounts that violate server rules. Banned players forfeit access to purchased items without refund.
4. Liability
The Refuge is provided as-is. We are not liable for data loss, server downtime, or in-game item loss.
